Happy Thanksgiving from Little Images!
It’s been a crazy year for everyone, but we have a LOT to be thankful for. We here at Little Images are proud of the work we’ve accomplished this year and are excited for the year to come. Looking back this year, we’re blessed in so many different ways.
We’re thankful for all of our tireless volunteers that help get the message out, keep the site running, share their hearts on our blog post, and stay up-to-date on current research, and for the generous donors that keep our costs low and allow us to get the materials into the hands of the people who need it the most. (A SPECIAL THANK YOU to all of the people who helped exceed funding for Brendon Marotta’s upcoming documentary, American Circumcision, by nearly double!)
We’re thankful for all of the healthy baby boys born this year and for the parents who say ‘no’ to tradition and institutionalized cruelty, and for all of the regret parents that speak up and say, “no one should go through what we’ve gone through.”
We’re thankful for ethical doctors that take protecting children’s rights above cultural practices and profit margins, and for the pastors and church leaders who say “this is not a Christian practice” to their congregations.
We’re thankful for each new person who works up the strength to step outside their comfort zone and speak up to a friend, relative, or stranger about this uncomfortable topic. We know it’s not easy, and we’re proud of you.
We could not do this without each and every one of you.
